"I didn't have much previous computer experience other than knowing how to navigate the web. I had been a data cabling technician for several years before being promoted to Operations Manager. While I was a technician I always found the networking side of my job very interesting. I found out that the five years of service with my previous employer was going nowhere fast, and I kept hearing the add on the radio for ComputerTraining.com asking "What are you Waiting for?" so I kept asking myself "WHAT AM I WAITING FOR?" and finally decided to take the Online Skills Challenge. I received a call from the admissions director the following week, and decided to come in and talk to him. I couldn’t be happier with the choices I have made and the new job I have accepted. As the new field service manager I now have an opportunity to implement the skills that computer training.com has taught me. The best part of this job is the room for advancement, which is something I didn’t have at my previous employer.

My biggest concerns were working a full time job, 50-60 hrs a week, taking care of four boys under the age of four, and learning a whole new career. I spoke to other class mates in the same position as me and quickly found that I was not alone. I even spoke to my instructor about my concerns two months into the class, as I was doubting myself, and he reassured me of my capabilities as he could see I had the drive and determination to excel, speaking with him openly was key to my success moving forward.

There are also students going through the same thing as you. Remember there is never a problem....only a solution. Make the decision early to make the sacrifice to learn and study, the end result will be so amazing and so worth the effort, anything worth having is worth working hard for. You can do anything you put your mind too.

My overall experience here has been so wonderful; I only wish I had learned about this program ten years ago and its benefits. My family will now see me more often and will be provided a quality of life I never imagined possible. My instructor was so inspiring to me, and that made the difference for me. He made learning fun as well piquing my interests. If you don't seriously consider ComputerTraining.com you might have missed the opportunity of a life time. Where else can you change your career in six months, obtain a great paying job, and have job security.
